This pay-as-you-go model can be cost-effective for you, as you only pay for the extra storage you actually need, rather than committing to a fixed plan that may include more storage than necessary. We aim to provide you with flexibility and cost-conscious options that align with your unique data storage requirements.

We uphold the principles of transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing for file downloads. Our policy ensures that you only pay for the downloads of scans taken using 3D Scan Sync.
No additional charges will apply if you decide to send the purchased file to Pro Makers X for further processing. We firmly stand against double-charging for the same service, as our focus is on providing a seamless and cost-effective experience for our valued customers.

We utilise tokens for scan downloads; each scan type is associated with a specific number of tokens. To get started, you must prepay for tokens, with a minimum requirement of 25 tokens.

We offer a convenient feature called “Automatic Token Purchase,” allowing you to set a minimum token threshold and specify the quantity you want to buy. This way, our system will automatically replenish your token balance, ensuring you always have enough tokens for your needs.

To make it even more convenient, token purchases can be made directly within your 3D Scan Sync or Pro Makers X account. This seamless integration streamlines the process, making it easier for you to manage your token balance and continue enjoying our services hassle-free.
